More About Me

Drawing on the leadership and strategic planning qualities developed during her more than 25 years in the mortgage financial industry, Celinda "Suki" Scollo is passionate about providing her customers with truly exceptional service through organization, attention to detail and her negotiation skills.

Prior to a successful real estate career, Suki was president and founder of Sandpiper Consulting, Inc., a woman-owned consulting firm, for 20+ years. Her firm specialized in assisting mortgage lenders and Wall Street firms with all aspects of the mortgage lending process and property valuation. With extensive knowledge of the valuation and financial components of a real estate transaction, Suki is an invaluable partner and a trusted source of guidance for buyers and sellers navigating the complexities of today's real estate market.

Suki combines her communication skills and practical knowledge with a depth of professional experience required to create an amazing client experience. She explains, "A successful real estate agent is one who listens to her client's needs and puts them above everything else. Just like my time in the consulting industry, I build long-term relationships that lead to highly successful outcomes."

While she grew up in California and spent time working on Wall Street, Suki always felt that grandparent's Siesta Key residence was "home" since first staying there in 1975. Today, she and her husband, Vince, now live in that same condo she first visited so many years ago. Outside of real estate, Suki's life is enriched by her love of family and the arts. In her spare time you will find her giving stand-up paddle boarding lessons to visiting and local children. She also supports the vital work of the Humane Society of the United States along with various local charities focusing on children and contemporary art.
